By accessing or using LeetUp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

LeetUp provides AI-powered coding interview preparation tools, pair programming features, and browser extensions designed to assist users in preparing for technical interviews.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LeetUp. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Upload or distribute malicious code.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with LeetUp are the property of LeetUp or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant LeetUp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

LeetUp uses AI systems to generate interview feedback, code analysis, and mock interviewer interactions. AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.

If you subscribe to any paid services:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details will be presented at the time of purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

LeetUp may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. LeetUp is not responsible for job placement outcomes or interview decisions made by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeetUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
